Terms of Use

Agreement
By using LostLink you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13, or the minimum age to consent to online services where you live.
Community rules
There's zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post or send hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, sexual or explicit content, graphic violence, anything illegal, spam, scams, impersonation, or someone else's personal information. Only post accurate information about items, events, and places.
Moderation
You can report any pin or person, and block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend the accounts that post it. A suspended account can't post pins or send messages. We may also remove content or suspend accounts without notice to keep the community safe.
Meeting people
We don't verify who owns an item or who anyone is. Use your judgment, meet in public places, and don't hand over an item until you're confident it's theirs. We aren't responsible for items or for interactions between users.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it in the app so the service works. You're responsible for what you post and send.
Plus subscription
Plus is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it's canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Purchases are also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update them in the app and change the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
